Agnès Bizard is an international arbitration lawyer. Her practice focuses on investment, commercial and construction disputes, especially in the sectors of infrastructure, manufacturing and energy.

Agnès has participated in numerous arbitral proceedings conducted under the ICSID, ICC, AFA and CCJA arbitration rules. She has substantial experience in multiple jurisdictions and in Africa particularly.

Her work includes counseling States, investors or industrials on conflicts regarding mining and port concession agreements, expropriation claims, tax stabilization agreements and gas pricing disputes.

Her work also includes acting as administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals.

Prior to joining the firm, Agnès was an international arbitration associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
