Bio

Adriana's practice includes antitrust litigation, regulatory matters, and client counseling, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the full spectrum of antitrust issues facing companies today.

Adriana has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of antitrust disputes involving claims under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, the Cartwright Act, and other state antitrust laws. She is well-versed across all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.

Adriana's regulatory practice focuses on merger clearance and government investigations. She regularly advises on the merger regulatory review process, working closely with clients across industries to navigate HSR filings and corresponding government inquiries. In addition, Adriana has significant experience negotiating and responding to government subpoenas and civil investigative demands relating to consumer protection and anticompetitive practices.

Adriana served as a Young Lawyer Representative for the ABA Section of Antitrust Law's Technology Committee for the 2024-2025 term.
