Adam Wall is a staff attorney in King & Spalding’s E-Discovery practice.  His practice focuses on electronic discovery issues, particularly with respect to the representation of clients in matters of product liability and governmental investigations. Adam has been involved in both individual cases and class actions pending in state and federal courts around the country.

Supervised 11 attorneys in a review of over 200,000 documents for a Fortune 50 company, which also required consulting with in-house counsel and co-counsel regarding review protocols. 

Managed a review of over 1 million documents for a leading medical device manufacturer in response to governmental civil investigation demand and a federal subpoena.

Supervised the review and production of over 50,000 documents and preparation of a privilege log for a technology corporation as a third party in a legal malpractice action.

Prepared a privilege log of over 3,200 entries for a home health provider in response to requests from the SEC and Department of Justice.

Coordinated the internal review of documents for a multinational energy corporation in order to prepare for international arbitration.

Litigation Technology Experience

Through his involvement in these and other projects, Adam has gained experience in supervising and training attorney review teams and collecting, reviewing and producing documents.  He also has experience in working with litigation team members to define appropriate review protocols as well as managing various aspects of the document production process. Adam has extensive knowledge and experience of document review and litigation support systems including Relativity, Concordance, Kiersted K4, Ringtail, IPro, and Microsoft Access.
