Associate
Adam Harper is an associate in King & Spalding’s Government Matters practice group and a member of the International Trade team in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Adam’s practice covers several aspects of international trade law, including economic sanctions, export controls, national security reviews of foreign investments, and customs.
Adam handles issues before various governmental bodies, including the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Department of Commerce, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, and Customs and Border Protection.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Adam worked at a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm where he handled many of the same issues. During law school, Adam performed internships with the Department of Justice, the Department of Commerce, and the United States Trade Representative.
