Adam Gray focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestically and internationally. As a partner in our Contracts and Business Torts and Construction Litigation practices, Adam represents clients in the energy, construction, and technology sectors.
In the energy sector, Adam represents companies in a wide variety of matters, including disputes over decommissioning obligations, regulatory requirements, power contracts, operating agreements, oil field technology, equipment failures and electricity pricing. He has represented industry leaders such as Weatherford International, Shell, Occidental, Halliburton, Chevron, and Calpine Corporation.
In the construction sector, Adam represents clients in disputes regarding the construction of hotels, oil refineries, data centers and other facilities. Internationally, he has litigated claims regarding construction “megaprojects” in South America and the Middle East, including disputes before international arbitration panels.
In the technology sector, Adam represents clients in disputes regarding trade secrets, non-competes, antitrust, and internet issues. He has represented clients such as Facebook, Bell Textron, and Microsoft.
