Aamen Nsouli

Aamen Nsouli is counsel in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice, resident in the New York office. His practice focuses on finance and private equity matters, with particular emphasis on the structuring of Shari’a-compliant financing and investment transactions in the United States.

Aamen earned his J.D. in 2015 from The George Washington University Law School, where he was an associate of The George Washington International Law Review.
