With considerable experience in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other jurisdictions in the region, Moustafa represents property developers, banks, facility managers, consultants and others in a variety of real estate ventures. He frequently handles property structuring, development, leasing, facilities management and joint ventures, along with other commercial matters.

Moustafa also advises owners and operators on all aspects of hotel and branded residence developments throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
