What’s Next After Section 122 Temporary Tariffs? Strategic Considerations for Upcoming Section 301 Investigations

Join us for a virtual executive briefing led by our International Trade partners. The discussion aims to bring clarity to corporate board members, executives and in-house counsel on the impact of the trade measures enacted by the Trump administration after the Supreme Court's IEEPA decision. Our team will provide practical recommendations to drive value and reduce missteps that may cause business disruption.

Speakers include Stephen Vaughn, who is regarded as one of the world’s foremost authorities on current U.S. trade policy and who previously served as the acting U.S. Trade Representative and general counsel at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) under the first Trump administration. While at the USTR, Stephen played a lead role in drafting the Section 301 investigation reports on China and in developing the responsive actions that commenced in 2017 and remain in effect today. Ryan Majerus is a former assistant secretary for enforcement and compliance at the International Trade Administration and a former assistant general counsel at the USTR.
