backKing & Spalding partner Bruce Hurley has been named the Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Texas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The award recognizes “exceptional trial lawyers for their service in the promotion of the Seventh Amendment and civil justice,” according to the organization.
Hurley represents multinational construction and maintenance contractors, integrated oil field service companies, and other businesses in the Gulf Coast petrochemical industry, as well as large manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, in a variety of toxic tort, environmental, drug and medical device cases.
