Slate Asset Management Acquires a Majority Stake in Cold-Link Logistics

King & Spalding represented Slate Asset Management, a global investor and manager focused on essential real estate and infrastructure, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Cold-Link Logistics, one of the largest privately-held cold storage platforms in North America. The King & Spalding team was led by Gibbs Fryer, Ray Baltz, John Anderson and Spencer Johnson.
