Rüdiger Morbach to Speak at the Regional Conference on Optimizing the Investment Climate, Promoting and Protecting Investments

Frankfurt International Arbitration Associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be a featured speaker at the Regional Conference on Optimizing the Investment Climate, Promoting and Protecting Investments of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation e.V. (IRZ), the German Federal Bar (BRAK) and the Ministries of Justice and Economy of Senegal on 22 November 2025 in Dakar, Senegal. Rüdiger will give a presentation in French on international arbitration as means to protect investments and will discuss an investment arbitration case with the participants. The IRZ was established at the initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ). It presently supports around 20 states in their legal and judicial reform projects.
