King & Spalding has been shortlisted in the “Innovative Lawyers in Private Capital” category at the Financial Times’ Innovative Lawyers Europe Awards.
The firm is being recognized for the innovative nature of its work advising on the structuring of a bespoke NAV‑based revolving credit facilities made available at launch to an evergreen private wealth platform. The firm was able to re‑engineer NAV financing to function within an open‑ended, evergreen private wealth structure, a context in which such facilities had rarely been deployed.
FT Innovative Lawyers Europe is a rankings report and awards program honoring law firms and lawyers for developing innovative solutions for the legal industry. The awards ceremony will be held on September 24, 2026, at the Natural History Museum, London.
