NEW YORK, January 31, 2023 — King & Spalding today announced the launch of its mobile app, The Real Estate Hub, which will provide participants in the real estate industry with exclusive, user-generated information about the current real estate market.
The Real Estate Hub will be a resource to the firm’s clients in the real estate space as the market continues to fluctuate by providing timely information and market intelligence through its key feature, an interactive survey, as well as exclusive articles, case studies, and analysis.
The app offers a range of interactive features, allowing users to submit responses to regular surveys consisting of several questions. The first survey focused on Current Trends in Real Estate Investing and Finance will examine current levels of investment activity in the market as well as expectations regarding treasury yields. Responses will be anonymous and available real-time, providing valuable insights from others in the industry. In addition, users will be able to access exclusive articles across the full real estate investment spectrum – from trends in public REITs to direct investments in real estate to real estate lending.
