King & Spalding Advises All Seas Capital On G3 Exit

King & Spalding represented All Seas Capital, a pan-European private capital fund that provides transformational capital solutions to leading founder- and entrepreneur-owned companies, on the full realisation of its investment in G3, a global strategic advisory consultancy.

Since investing in G3 in 2022, All Seas Capital has partnered closely with the management team to accelerate its expansion strategies. G3 has grown significantly, with headcount more than doubling and global business development capabilities strengthened, with the opening of new offices in New York, Singapore, Tokyo, and Abu Dhabi. As part of the transaction, Oakley Capital Fund VI has acquired a majority stake in G3. More information can be found here.

It is the second deal that King & Spalding has represented All Seas Capital on in the last few weeks. On 22 May, the firm advised on All Seas Capital’s successful realisation of its investment in Hakim Group, the UK’s largest family of independent opticians and audiologists. More information can be found here.

The King & Spalding team was led by London partners William Charnley and Marcus Young, with support from William Morris and Michael Langan.
