Julia Zousmer to Speak at the American Law Institute’s MDL in Motion: Evolving Practices, Emerging Leaders, and Reform program

Chicago Product Liability & Mass Torts partner Julia Zousmer will be a featured panelist at the American Law Institute’s MDL in Motion: Evolving Practices, Emerging Leaders, and Reform program, on September 12, 2025, at NYU School of Law. Julia will join co-panelists from the plaintiff’s and defense bar on a panel titled “Emerging Leaders in MDL”, which highlights rising leaders in multidistrict litigation, the discussion will be moderated by John H.
