J. Hillyer Jennings Named to University of Georgia’s 40 Under 40

J. Hillyer Jennings has been named to the University of Georgia’s 40 Under 40 list for 2026. The list “celebrates young alumni leading the pack in their industries and communities.” Hillyer is a 2009 graduate of the Terry College of Business, and the Morehead Honors College, and he graduated first in his class.

A partner in the firm’s Atlanta office, Jennings specializes in mergers, acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions. He represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of M&A and corporate matters.
