ATLANTA, January 6, 2026 – King & Spalding announced today that Rebeca Ojeda has joined the firm’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group as a partner. She is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Ojeda most recently served as a federal prosecutor and Deputy Chief in the Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia. In that role, she investigated and prosecuted various federal offenses, including large-scale, multi-state narcotics trafficking, firearms trafficking, and money laundering. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Ojeda was an associate in King & Spalding’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group from 2014 to 2020, supporting multiple trial teams in pharmaceutical, consumer product and pro bono cases. She earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
“Rebeca’s talent, drive and trial skills will make her a stand-out partner at King & Spalding,” said Andy Bayman, co-leader of the firm’s Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group. “Her experience managing a large caseload, leading trial teams, and balancing the needs of numerous stakeholders make her well-suited for the sprawling mass torts that our Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group consistently handles, and we are thrilled to welcome her back to the firm.”
“I worked alongside and received invaluable mentorship from some of the best trial lawyers I’ve ever seen when I was an associate at King & Spalding, which makes me particularly enthusiastic about returning to the firm,” said Ojeda. “The firm’s Product Liability and Mass Torts team is handling many of the most impactful and exciting cases in this area of law, and I am eager to be part of that again.”
