The list "celebrates attorneys doing cutting-edge legal work," according to the publication. Willingham was first selected to the list in 2016.
Willingham, who is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, has represented numerous individuals and entities facing governmental investigations and other complex litigation issues in both state and federal courts around the country. He has handled various parallel investigations with the SEC and other regulatory bodies, as well as successful appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
