On April 10, 2026, CMS released its annual Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) and Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Prospective Payment System (PPS) Proposed Rule for Fiscal Year 2027. The Proposed Rule contains several important policy changes and updates that will affect hospitals, teaching institutions, and organ procurement organizations alike.
Join us for a roundtable analyzing significant proposals in the Proposed Rule, including FY 2027 Payment Rate Updates, prohibition of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Nursing and Allied Health Education (NAHE) Programs, and changes to Administrative and General (A&G) Allocation Methodology.
