Bio

Banner Banks focuses on appeals and legal issues in clients’ most challenging and high-stakes matters. Her experience spans a wide range of subject areas, encompassing False Claims Act investigations and litigation; preemption disputes; copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters; administrative proceedings; product liability litigation; and technology cases at the intersection of Section 230 and the First Amendment.

Prior to joining the firm, Banner clerked for Judge Priscilla Richman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Austin, Texas. 

Banner earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. 

She obtained her B.A. in English and Art History with honors from the University of Virginia.
