New York Trial & Global Disputes partner Samaa Haridi will speak at the inaugural 2023 AAA-ICDR Domestic and International Life Sciences ADR Conference on Dec. 7 in New York.  The title of her panel is “Arbitration of Life Sciences Disputes – Counsel’s Perspective,” and will focus on the issues to consider when preparing for an arbitration of a life sciences dispute, and “best practices” as counsel for life sciences arbitrations.
