New York International Arbitration partner Samaa Haridi will be a featured speaker at the 12^th ICC MENA International Arbitration Conference on Feb. 27 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.  Samaa will participate in a panel titled “The ICC Court in Action: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Challenge of Arbitrators.”  In that session, ICC Court members and a representative of the ICC Secretariat will simulate an ICC Court session to discuss in an interactive format an array of issues frequently arising in the challenges of arbitrators.
