Frankfurt International Arbitration partner Jan K. Schäfer and associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be featured speakers at The Luxembourg Arbitration Day of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce on April 26. Jan and Dr. Rüdiger will offer a training session entitled “Negotiation and Drafting of the Terms of Reference and Procedural Order No. 1”. The Luxembourg Arbitration Day is a yearly event bringing together speakers and arbitration practitioners from all over Europe. This year, for example, the Luxembourg Minister of Justice, Elisabeth Margue, will be a featured speaker.
