Paris International Arbitration partner James Castello will speak at a two-day conference on “Dispute Resolution in the International Energy Business” on Oct. 18 and 19 in London. James will participate in a panel discussion on the Energy Charter Treaty, addressing both the ongoing effort to modernize its text to focus more on renewable energy and a campaign among certain EU Member States to withdraw from the Treaty.  The Conference is jointly sponsored by the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN, formerly AIPN) and the London Court of International Arbitration.  More information can be found here.
