Washington, D.C., International Trade partner J. Philip Ludvigson will speak at the Bilateral Chamber of Commerce titled “Liberation Day Tariffs: Global Outlook & Implications” on May 6 in Houston.  The panel will present on the Administration’s trade and tariff policy for the Chamber’s members and board.
