The pharmaceutical and medical device industries face continual pricing pressure.  However, the last year has brought additional and unprecedented challenges from multiple government actors.  This webinar will review and consider efforts of:

• The Biden administration to apply the Bayh-Dole Act, allowing “march-in rights” for certain patented inventions
• The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to exclude certain device and other patents from Orange Book listing and associated competitive approval impacts
