King & Spalding lawyers Emily Apte, Michael Galdo, Sheri Hunter, Alexander Davey and Rachel Johnson were featured speakers at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s AI and Tech Summit on May 18 in Austin, Texas. The half day summit featured three cutting-edge sessions across subject matters and balancing breadth and depth for audience experience.  Specific topics ranged from utilizing generative AI, IP-AI implications, deepfakes, FCA and cyber risks, building an AI compliance program, and AI ethics.
