Frankfurt International Arbitration Associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will be a featured speaker at the Young ITA Roundtable at the 36^th Annual Workshop of Institute of Transnational Arbitration (ITA) on 19 June 2024 in Austin, Texas. Rüdiger will join a debate on “Due Process Challenges: Has it all gone too far for procedural fairness in international arbitration?” Ruediger is currently a co-chair for Young ITA Western Europe.
