Frankfurt International Arbitration associate Dr. Rüdiger Morbach will speak at the Regional Conference on Optimizing the Investment Climate, Investment Incentives and Investment Protection of the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation e.V. (IRZ) and the Ministries of Justice of Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria on Nov. 13 and 14 in Tunis, Tunisia. Rüdiger will give a presentation in French on “Experiences with Electronic Arbitration”. The IRZ was established at the initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ). It presently supports around 20 states in their legal and judicial reform projects.
