Washington, D.C. International Trade associate Christopher Hyner will speak at the Related Party Evaluation presentation sponsored by CITBA and the Customs Lawyers Association at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office on Nov. 9. Christopher will participate in a discussion on customs valuation and U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s evolving determinations as to the proper valuation of related party transactions and the use of Advance Pricing Agreements and transfer pricing arrangements in that determination.
