Atlanta International Disputes associate Carson W. Bennett will be moderating an event organized by the International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitration and ADR Forum on April 4 at Arizona State University’s Washington, D.C. campus. Carson will be moderating a panel focused on aerospace and aviation arbitration. Panelists will discuss how the aerospace and aviation industries continue to evolve due to commercialization, privatization, regulation, and the entrance of new players, and the impact these changes have had upon contracting and dispute resolution practices. Panelists will also discuss what the future may hold. They will close by giving advice for in-house counsel, arbitration practitioners, and soon-to-be lawyers interested in being part of the next chapter of aerospace and aviation dispute resolution.
