Frankfurt Counsel Dr. Achim Döser will be a featured speaker at the Annual Conference of the Association of Foreign Banks in Germany. The conference will be held in Frankfurt on June 2, 2025 and explores EU anti-money laundering regulation and changes in comparison with the German Anti-Money Laundering Act. Achim will give a presentation on identification requirements for and the determination of beneficial owners.
