On February 7, 2023, the SEC issued a press release announcing the start of a selection process to fill a PCAOB seat that will become vacant in October. Candidates for that seat must be or have been a Certified Public Accountant, and the press release requests interested individuals submit a cover letter and résumé to Boardrecommendations@sec.gov on or by March 7, 2023.
