On April 4, 2024, the PCAOB announced that it would consider two proposals in its April 9 Open Meeting.  These include a proposal that would require certain PCAOB-registered accounting firms to publicly report metrics regarding their audit engagements and audit practices, as well as a proposal to amend annual and special reporting requirements for registered public accounting firms.  Information regarding how to watch or listen to the meeting is available here.
