On September 28, 2023, the PCAOB named Christine Gunia as Acting Director of the Division of Registration and Inspections (DRI), to take effect when the current director is sworn in as a PCAOB Board Member. Gunia has been with the PCAOB since 2004 and has served as DRI’s Deputy Director in the Global Network Firm Inspection Program since 2018.
