King & Spalding advised Morgan Stanley’s core open-ended investment vehicle Prime Property Fund (PPF) on the $1 billion acquisition of eight Class A student housing-oriented multifamily assets through the purchase of 100% of the common shares of eight REITs from affiliates in a joint venture between Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Landmark Properties.
