Nabil works from Riyadh and the firm’s UAE offices. His experience includes work in the areas of funds, joint ventures, private equity, privatizations, healthcare, energy, restructurings and real estate industry transactions. Nabil is particularly known for his development of innovative funds and investment structures for real estate and private equity investments in Saudi Arabia. He is also the managing partner for the firm’s Middle East offices.
