K&S successfully represented all the Federal Reserve Banks in an appeal before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in a trademark dispute. After successfully having all the banks except New York dismissed early in the action, K&S won an affirmance in favor the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on May 29, 2024.
