King & Spalding won three Awards at the Islamic Finance News (IFN) Law Awards 2023 held in Dubai. The firm’s work on Azmeel Construction Company's SAR5.4 billion perpetual Sukuk has been recognized with the “Saudi Arabia Deal of the Year” and the “Perpetual Sukuk Deal of the Year.” The firm also won the “Offshore Finance Law Firm of the Year.”
