Frastai advises domestic and international real estate owners, developers, investors, asset managers and financial institutions on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. His practice spans joint ventures, preferred equity investments, mortgage, mezzanine and construction financings, debt restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions involving office, hotel, retail, residential and mixed-use assets. His experience also includes handling complex transactions that combine real estate, financing and investment management.

Frastai joins King & Spalding from Clifford Chance, where he was a partner. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from New York University.

Frastai is the third real estate partner to join King & Spalding’s New York office in 2026. Real estate partner Brian Donnelly joined the firm in January 2026, and real estate partner Phil Fitzpatrick joined in April 2026.
