King & Spalding has represented Cologix, Inc. (“Cologix”) in connection with a new $1 Billion DevCo revolving credit agreement for the purpose of developing and subsequently leasing out a number of data centers across the US. Cologix is a leading private interconnection and hyperscale edge platform in North America, operating over 40 data centers across 12 North American edge markets.
