SACRAMENTO, Dec. 13, 2023 – The Daily Journal has named King & Spalding partner Greg Scott to its 2023 Top White-Collar Lawyers list.  Scott is recognized for his work representing “major companies in investigations by various government entities, including the Department of Justice, the California attorney general and district attorneys,” according to the publication.

Scott is a former two-time U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California and an experienced trial lawyer who represents major companies facing government investigations and litigation, with a focus in the healthcare, retail, and construction industries. He has extensive knowledge on matters involving consumer protection, construction accidents, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the False Claims Act (FCA).
