Crain’s New York Business has named King & Spalding partner Jennifer Morgan as one of its New York’s Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting & Law for 2026.
In its profile of Morgan, Crain’s noted her work leading landmark fund formations and capital raises totaling more than $3 billion, including large-scale real estate and data-center-focused funds that reinforced King & Spalding’s position as a market leader in high‑value, complex real estate investment work.
Morgan has over two decades of experience advising clients on real estate private equity. She represents sponsors and institutional investors in a range of real estate investments and transactions. Morgan co-leads King & Spalding’s Real Estate & Funds Practice Group and has served on the firm’s managing policy committee. She advises clients on structuring and negotiating fund formations and other capital transactions, including private real estate investment trusts and other structured investments.
