William C. Westbrook

William Westbrook is active in the firm's leveraged finance practice, where he represents financial institutions, lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. William also advises financial institutions and end-users with respect to various derivatives matters.

At King & Spalding, William has been an active member of the firm's LIBOR Transition Team, advising borrower, bank, and other financial institution clients on the transition from LIBOR to alternative reference rates across affected agreements. 

William is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York.
