Will is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate practice in the London office. Will trained with the firm, qualifying in 2021.

Will has been involved in a broad range of public and private M&A transactions, acting for private equity firms, hedge funds, insurers and AIM-listed companies, as well as advising on other corporate matters, including on the corporate restructuring of an insurance group.
