Tunç is a dual-qualified lawyer in England & Wales and Turkey, with a global practice in the fields of international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration. He has represented clients involved in the construction, oil and gas, mining, transportation, manufacturing and hospitality sectors in commercial and investment disputes under a variety of rules, including the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and SIAC Rules.

Tunç has particular experience with investment arbitration disputes and public international law.  He regularly represents clients in investment arbitration disputes. He has also advised governments on public international law.

Trained and qualified in civil and common law traditions, Tunç brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective that enables him to navigate the procedural and substantive frameworks of diverse legal systems with confidence. 

Tunç regularly publishes on international arbitration and public international law topics. He previously practised at leading international disputes firms. He holds a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics and undergraduate degrees from Koç University, where he lectures on international arbitration.
