Bio

Taylor represents hospitals and other healthcare providers in complex litigation matters involving managed care contracted and non-contracted disputes and fraud and abuse issues.

Taylor also advises clients on corporate practice of medicine, privacy, data breach, and other regulatory matters including HIPAA, state privacy laws, alternative payment arrangements, ancillary provider licensing requirements, and fraud and abuse compliance at both the state and federal level. She provides counsel to large and small healthcare clients including telehealth companies, large hospital systems, and technology start-ups.

She serves as a member of the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys' Publications Committee.  Taylor received her M.P.H. from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with a concentration in Infectious Disease. At the University of Iowa College of Law, she served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Iowa Law Review.
