Tahmineh has particular experience in the energy, oil and gas, LNG, power generation, construction and engineering sectors, advising clients on some of their most significant and strategically important disputes. She has represented parties under a range of major arbitral institutional rules and in proceedings governed by both common law and civil law systems.
Alongside her disputes practice, Tahmineh has advised governments and arbitral institutions on arbitration legislation and institutional rules, including the arbitrateAD Arbitration Rules and reforms to national arbitration legislations.
