Stephanie Le is an associate in the Los Angeles office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice group. She represents Fortune 100 and other large companies in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, including automotive, breach of contract, copyright infringement, data breach, patent infringement, toxic tort, pharmaceutical and other product liability cases, in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Stephanie served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jay C. Gandhi, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Honorable Autumn D. Spaeth, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Stephanie received her Juris Doctor from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Northwestern Journal of International Human Rights. During law school, Stephanie served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Beverly Reid O’Connell, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Philosophy, Politics, and Law from the University of Southern California, where she graduated magna cum laude and with Renaissance Scholar Honors.
