Bio

Soraya Todd has experience representing and advising both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation and antitrust disputes. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Soraya completed a clerkship in the Northern District of Illinois and previously served as a litigation associate at an international large firm, focusing her practice on disputes arising under the Anti-Terrorism Act, the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, and federal antitrust laws.
